Westin’s Jerry Garrett Honored as a Life Member of AWWA’s CA-NV Section
Jerry Garrett has spent his career in the water industry.
RANCHO CORDOVA, CA – Jerry Garrett, former Chairman of Westin’s Board of Directors, was recognized today by the AWWA’s California-Nevada Section with the Life Member Award.
The Life Member Award honors Mr. Garrett’s dedication and service as a 30-year member of AWWA. This distinction demonstrates his commitment to the greater good of the water drinking public.
The award was presented October 18, 2011, during the Awards Ceremony held in conjunction with the California Nevada Section Fall Conference in Reno, NV.
Mr. Garrett founded Westin Engineering, Inc. in 1981. The company was formed to help water utilities implement control systems and information systems to operate their business. Mr. Garrett has served as Chairman and President of Westin.
