Biehl Promoted to Practice Director of SCADA and Engineering Services

RANCHO CORDOVA, CALIF. – Westin has promoted William (Bill) Biehl, P.E. to Engineering Practice Director in the East Region.

Mr. Biehl joined Westin in June 2010 as Deputy Engineering Practice Director and quickly demonstrated his value to Westin. Bill assumed a leadership role in the East Region and Westin’s National Engineering Practice. Bill’s promotion to Director acknowledges his many contributions to the organization.

Bill will join Terry Draper, P.E., as an Engineering Practice Director in Westin’s East Region. Mr. Biehl’s general geographic area will include the South Central and Midwestern United States.
