Career Highlights: US Navy Submarine Service, Retired from Navy Reserve with rank of Lieutenant Commander. Joined Westin as an Associate Engineer and worked up through the ranks. Delivered SCADA and Plant Control Systems for many utilities including Austin Water Utility, California Department of Water Resources, City of Santa Rosa, and Dallas Water Utilities. Registered Professional Engineer in numerous states and a Project Management Professional.
