Westin encourages professional registration for technical positions and offers a reimbursement program.

Writing and Speaking Awards
Employees are encouraged to present and publish technical papers. In recognition of this effort, Westin has a program to reward staff for providing positive exposure to Westin and professional recognition to staff who write and/or present papers to the industry.
