- The Associate Engineer will be involved with programming PLCs/HMIs and the design/contract administration of SCADA systems for the water and wastewater industry. Assist in the preparation of bid specifications and drawings and technical design reports.
- Senior Engineer - PM/Business Development (HR12-02) Bay Area, CA (US)
- The Senior Engineer will develop business opportunities, write proposals, manage projects, and provide design leadership for clients in the water and wastewater industries. Typical projects involve multiple applications and technologies including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, automation, telecommunication networks, and related systems. The Senior Engineer must be able to prepare P&IDs, process control narratives, instrument lists and I/O lists as part of project design. Project design also includes preparation of specifications and associated bid documents including cost estimates, schedules, and transition plans. The Senior Engineer must have well developed presentation and writing skills and be able to manage projects throughout the project life cycle, including scope, schedule, and budget management.

- The Telecom Practice Lead (Principal Engineer) will manage telecommunications projects for clients involving multiple technologies, be an integrated part of the Regional Practice leadership team and be a recognized leader in the water/wastewater, electric and/or transportation industry, specifically in their respective area of technical expertise.

- The Senior Engineer I/II (Project Manager) will manage projects and programs for clients in the water and wastewater industries. - The Senior Consultant provides technical consulting and management of IT improvement programs for clients in the water, wastewater and solid waste industries. Develop comprehensive solutions to complex business problems like knowledge management, process optimization, compliance, customer service, and asset management. Implement improvements to business processes, organization, culture and technology.
- Principal Consultant - CMMS or CIS/Project Management (HR11-08) No/So-CA (US)
- The Principal Consultant will be an integrated part of the Regional Practice leadership team and will be a recognized leader in the water/utility industry, specifically in their respective area of technical expertise, a Westin service package and/or as a trusted advisor seller -doer.
