Westin Appoints Luai Bseiso to Northern California Manager

RANCHO CORDOVA, CALIF. – Westin Engineering, Inc. has named Luai Bseiso to manage Westin’s Northern California operations and oversee delivery of information technology, consulting and engineering services in the area.

“We are excited to have Luai join our team,” said Doug Spiers, Vice President of Westin. “His proven technical background, together with his ability to manage and develop our growing staff, proves Westin’s commitment to helping our clients improve performance.”

Mr. Bseiso has more than 23 years of experienced in both engineering and information technology. His wide range of network engineering and integration projects includes wireless network infrastructure, SCADA networks, computerized maintenance management system implementation, laboratory information system implementation, network security vulnerability assessments, and project and practice management.

“With Luai leading our Sacramento team, we’ve added even greater depth to our existing skills in communications infrastructure and business networks,” said Spiers.

Bseiso brings deep technical competency in the design, configuration, installation, and testing of complex networks including frame relay; voice over frame relay and IP; ATM networks; ATM to frame relay NNI networks; SMDS, Internet and ISDN networks; and local area networks (LAN).

Mr. Bseiso will be based in Westin’s corporate headquarters in Rancho Cordova, Calif.
