Westin Announces Terry Draper’s Return as Regional Engineering Principal

RANCHO CORDOVA, CALIF. – Westin has announced that Terry Draper, P.E. has rejoined the firm as Regional Engineering Principal, responsible for Business Development and Project Delivery.

Mr. Draper’s experience includes over 20 years in the management, design, and implementation of SCADA systems for the water/wastewater industry including 14 years with Westin. Terry is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in 14 states and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Terry’s return to Westin in a senior practice role reflects Westin’s continued commitment to grow the National SCADA Engineering Practice.
Mr. Draper’s experience includes system evaluation, master planning, standards development, SCADA system design and implementation, PLC and RTU installation or replacement, and a variety of communications and networking systems. Mr. Draper also has extensive experience with construction services and system commissioning including installation, testing and commissioning.
